A Fews days with Rowan

While Randy and Heather took the kids to Lego Land I got to watch Ro. We had a good time during the day. Unfortunately he got sick every night. Poor guy. He is just adorable and I am blessed to have such awesome grandchildren.

Hadlee's First Dance Recital

Hadlee had her first dance recital in May. It was the most adorable thing I have ever seen. She did a great job and looked so a cute!

California Vacation Feb. 2009

John, Ryan and I took a little trip to see Daven. While we were there they did a little skiing. We went to Santa Rosa, Lake Tahoe and San Francisco. That was a busy week. We all had a wondeful time and Cali is beautiful.

Girl Raod Trip

Lauren and I took a little road trip to Rockport, TX to visit mom and Bobby. We had a great time. Oh yea, Lauren got obsessed with "True Blood". I did away pull her away from the computer long enough to eat. We did enjoy hanging out by the pool. Great Weather!

Willow City

We decided to take a day trip to check out the wildflowers. We were very surprised what we came across. The most beutiful display of flowers I have ever seen. Then we stopped by a little cafe for a BIG burger. Check it out!

Halloween/John's Birthday

We had a great Halloween Party. All of our good friends showed and we had a keg with a lot of beer pong going on. I did not get involved in that crazy game. John dressed up as Bravehart

and I dressed up like Beth the bounty hunter. It was an awesome good time.

THANKSGIVING 2009

We all had a wonderful time. We were invited over to Heather's moms house. Great food and family. That is what the holiday season is all about.

Rowan's First Birthday

This handsome little guy turned one in November. He is not walking at this time. He can really get around very quickly and I can't keep up with this little cutie.

Kindergarten Already!

Rylan is in kingarten and that is hard to believe. I got to have lunch with him. He was so cute. He saved seats for his grandparents.

July 4th Party

We had a kegger for this holiday. It was a crazy good time. Check out our silly kids.

Our little Lauren Got Married

Lauren got married on June 27 and is now on her honeymoom having a great time. Here are some of her wedding photos. She was beautiful!

CANYON SUNRISE ROCKS!

We love this fabulous place. We swam, grilled and spent time in the hot tub. This place is so relaxing. We are grateful to Randy & Heather for telling us about this place.

The Kiddos Spend The Night

John and I decided to set up the tent for the kids. They loved it for a while until Rylan thought it might rain and decided not to sleep outside. By this time, Hadlee was already snug as a bug in my bed. We had a wonderful time as usual.

SPRING IS HERE!

It has been five years in the making and our patio is finally done. Thank you John for the sweat, tears and some cuss words. It was all worth it. Now we can sit out every evening and enjoy our awesome backyard.

HADLEE SPENDS THE NIGHT!

It was Hadlee's first time to stay the night by herself. We had a great time and she had no problems sleeping in that king size bed. She woke up with a smile as ususal. I love being a grandparent!

DAY IN THE PARK

John and I got to spend the day in the park with Rylan. We had a blast. We went to lunch and had pizza and then to Baskin Robin's. Our granchildren call these naughty snacks. That is what I am here for.

Easter 2009

We had another wonderful holiday with our beautiful family. Who could ask for more!

CANYON OF THE EAGLES!

We took a week-end trip to Burnet to check out the Eagles. It turned out to be the Eagle. We got to see an Eagle in flight. We still had a great time hiking, watching the sunset, listening to the cowboy poet and a little guitar playing. If you really need some peace and quiet this would be the place to go. Life is good!

Great Times in Houston!

John and I took a a week-end trip to Houston to visit my aunt and cousin. We had a wonderful time and it was great to be spoiled for a couple of days. That Jan sure can cook! Check out our modeling of the adorable hats.
